If your shop contains any AI imagery, you CANNOT buy this license. We are strictly against AI, and do not wish to have our hand drawn images next to this.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a licensed sticker distributor of Citrus and Spice artwork. Below is the terms of use for becoming a distributor. 

This is for unlimited stickers for the entire calendar year.

The license is only available until end of January 2026. This license is valid for one (1) year after purchase date. You would need to renew by end of January of every year. If you sell more than the allotted amount in the bracket, you are required to purchase another license. Non transferable. Valid per one customer. License is for retail/personal use. Stickers require "@citrusxspice" for art credit somewhere on the physical sticker. Cannot modify colors/designs. You can add text. Cannot sell as digital product. License is for handmade/approved third party. You can have another company print the stickers, there needs to be a contract in place that the company will not sell/distribute the artwork. No wholesale of stickers. Must credit "artwork illustrated by Kelli Starkey with Citrus and Spice" in the listing details.

Having a sticker license means you are responsible for keeping up to date on what shows Citrus and Spice are attending. As of 2026, there will be a no compete clause. This means that if Citrus and Spice is attending a convention/show, you cannot sell Citrus and Spice stickers at the same convention. Myself, Kelli Starkey, or my booth partner, will be walking around if I see your name, and verifying you are following this rule. 

Citrus and Spice also sells online. We did not want to get rid of online sticker sales entirely, so to keep it fair, you cannot sell Citrus and Spice stickers for less than $4 online. You CAN run sales on them at any given time, like "3 for $10", a percentage, ect, but the base price must stay minimum of $4. 

Purchasing this license states that you have read and agreed to these terms.

All sales are final. No refunds/returns.
